For added Member convenience, there are now more options and information available through the Lot Status Hotline! By calling the number below, you can get an update on your won vehicles 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
In addition to accessing information about payments due, vehicle pickup and the storage period start date, the hotline’s new features allow you to:
- Find out if a vehicle’s title is at the Copart facility.
- Get more detail on the amount owed on a vehicle (if any).
- Check the drive status of the lot when it arrived at the Copart location.
All information is available in English and Spanish.
