No License? No Problem

Did you know?  Copart offers thousands of No License Required cars, truck and SUVs every day, giving buyers access to bid on and buy vehicles without needing a business license!

State Licensing Laws

Have you ever tried to bid on a Copart vehicle, but were unable to do so because of licensing restrictions? Chances are, you needed a business license to bid on that vehicle. Each state in the U.S. has specific licensing requirements that denote the license needed to buy certain vehicles in that state. For example, if you were interested in purchasing a vehicle located in Maine, per Maine’s licensing requirements, you would need to either bid with a business license or with the assistance of a Broker.
